1. When will my parcel arrive?

We ship our parcels out on the 10th of the month.  Parcels usually arrive 5-7 business days later.  For international customers, allow  7-10 business days.  Our goal is for the supplies to reach you in time for the following month, just in case there are seasonal items included.

2. When do I have to order by?

You need to order by the last day of the month to receive the parcel shipping the following month.  for example, if you order on March 31st, you will receive your first parcel in April, but if you order April 1st, you will receive the parcel shipping in may.

3.  I am not in Canada, can I still subscribe?

Yes!  We love our international customers.  For $5, you'll be shipped a parcel with some great Canadian content you may not find too easily in the rest of the world.

4.  I am paying by paypal, how do i let you know my preferences for you to personalize my parcel?

once your payment has gone through, you will be taken back to our site to answer a few questions!

5. Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes.  You are able to pause any subscription package for any amount of time.  For month to month subscribers, just email us and we will suspend your subscription (stopping all charges to your credit card) until you let us know you're ready to start up again.  For prepaid customers, email us and we will stop shipping you parcels until you let us know you're ready to receive them again. 

For month to month subscribers wanting to cancel, just email us and we won't charge you on your next billing date. Unfortunately, due to the discount involved in the 3 and 6 month subscription packages, we are unable to cancel before the renewal date.  You will receive an email 3 days prior to your last payment date to remind you that your subscription is about to renew on whatever your renewal date is.  If you do not wish to renew, just email us and we will make sure your subscription does not renew. 

6.  I have some planner supplies that I think would work well in your parcel.  How can I get my product included in a parcel?
