HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, current processing time is 5-7 business days.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?
If you’re a canadian customer, your order should take 4-7 business days to get to you.
If you’re an american customer, your order should take 2-4 weeks to get to you. Much of that time is dependant on if it is held at the border. If you still haven’t received your order by 6 weeks, please get in contact.
If you’re an international customer, your order could take as long as 2 months. Most of this time is dependant on how long your package is at your customs facility, if at all.
PREORDERS
I MISSED THE PREORDER DEADLINE, CAN I STILL ORDER?
You won’t be able to join in the preorder, but you’ll still be able to order. We always order extras to stock up our shop with every preorder, so there are always extras. However, if there’s an item you are particularly keen on, just email us and we’ll make sure it add it to the next order. We usually order from the wholesaler once or twice a month.
CAN I PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS WITHIN A PREORDER TIME PERIOD? WILL MY SHIPPING BE REFUNDED IF I DO SO?
Yes! Any shipping overages will be refunded at the time of shipping.
CAN I ORDER IN STOCK ITEMS AT THE SAME TIME THAT I PREORDER?
Yes! They will be shipped at the same time as the preorder.
WHEN WILL MY PREORDER SHIP?
Once the preorder time period ends, the order will go to the wholesaler within a day. In general, order usually ship from them in 1-2 weeks. Once it ships, it reaches our office within 5 business days. Depending on the number of orders, it then takes us 2-3 days to ship out to you.
ARE YOU GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET…?
Once a new release has been announced, it can take some time before we receive our catalog and order forms from the wholesaler. Until that time, we don’t know what items we will be able to order. Usually, we are able to order at least a vast majority of the items, but there are instances where a release is especially heavy on exclusive items that we’re not able to order. Sometimes, a few weeks or months will go by and we’re able to order those exclusive items, but we never know until it happens.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
We use a premium matte vinyl.
What type of Planners can I use your stickers in?
Our stickers are made to fit all three sizes of Happy Planner and the Erin Condren Vertical. Of course, with a little creativity, you can use them in any planner.
IS TRACKING INCLUDED?
Tracking is not included in the shipping cost. This is because we are based in Canada and tracking would often be more expensive than the order total. However, if you place and order for our stickers as well as an item or items in the Planner Shop, your order will ship with tracking.
