Pre-order information

Preorders are now closed. Feel free to send me an email with any requests as I may be placing a second order in the near future. Another preorder will be run for the student and teacher items at the beginning of may.

Trillia Planning will be doing our first pre-order of new products! why pre-order? well, these pre-orders will be at a reduced price, it ensures you receive exactly what you are looking for and they will arrive as quickly as possible into Canada. below you will find the details for the order. if you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me!

  1. All orders must be in by 11:59pm EST on March 8th, 2019

  2. the order to mambi will be placed on March 9th, 2019 and they will ship to me starting on March 15th, 2019.

  3. the orders will start shipping to you, in the order in which they are received, as soon as I receive them.

  4. current shipping costs attached to the products are an educated guess, but as I don’t physically have the products in my possession, they may not be accurate. once the products arrive, they will be weighed and any overages in shipping costs charged to you will be refunded.

  5. please do not combine pre-orders with regular orders. Combined orders will have the in stock portion of the order refunded.

  6. when placing the order to mambi, i will be ordering extra of inventory if you do not wish to pre-order, however, these products will be at regular prices.

  7. while i will be placing this order well in advance of the deadline, there may be a small chance some of the products may be on backorder. if that happens, I will let you know if your order is affected and we can discuss options at that time.
